Frees, mileage marks, addl. ½d, etc. Part wrapper to York bearing 3 x 1841 2d blues, 1808 EL to London with fine strike of "KIRKCUDBRIGHT/369/D" mileage mark and 1d pink embossed London local env. dated Apr. 1883 having unusual 'clockface' mark in violet to indicate time of posting. Some interest in Scots local covers & labels (Summer Isles, Staffa, etc.), also Gugh Island. Group of 12 modern colour prints of Clyde Steamers, group of modern Sri Lanka mini. sheets of birds, insects, etc., group of 11 WWI OAS/FPO cards from France to Sheffield, a few PPCs & QV covers with 1d lilac frankings, group of unused QEII pictorial Aerogrammes, 24 Aug. 1974 cover commemorating Carlisle United FC's first ever top division game, etc. Interesting mixture.
