A PAIR OF EARLY 20TH CENTURY FRENCH PATINATED SPELTER FIGURES, Both by Louis-Auguste Moreau (1855-1919), after models by Guillemin c.1900. Both feature figures of a maiden, one holding lyre, standing on naturalistic base complete with Paris foundry guarantee mark ‘Febrication Francaise Paris made in France’ & signed. All atop hardwood circular platform base. Condition: please note repair of arm of one of the figures and wear as photographed. Dimensions: taller: 44.5cm high approx.
