CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'BAJIXIANG' BOWL
Jiaqing seal mark and possibly of the period, painted to the exterior with the bajixiang (Eight Buddhist Emblems) divided into four pairs, each tied toggery with a brocade ribbon, between a band of iron red key fret at the rim and ruyi above the foot (with old paper label inside, some damages, 10.5cms diameter). Also with a Chinese blue and white tankard, probably 18thc, 14cms high. (2)
