CHINESE CARVED JADE PLAQUE/PENDANT - INSCRIBED. Late Qing/Republican period, the small pale celadon jade plaque or pendant carved in the form of two chilong and linghi fungus. With an inscription to the reverse which features a poem by Tang poet Liu Yuxi titled "Loushi Ming", describing how the value of things lie not in their external form but in their inner essence. With a small pierced hole at one end. With a later stand, plaque 5.5cms across.
the 'scroll decoration on one side, possibly a small chip to one on the end of the row, otherwise seems fine.
