A 9ct gold synthetic sapphire and clear gem cluster, size O1/2, weight 2.7gms, and an (af) yellow and base metal signet ring (shank snapped & reshanked with base metal)
Signet ring, appears to have been re shanked with a base metal so only the top from the shoulders is yellow metal (probably by colour 9ct)
