A late Victorian gold diamond brooch. Designed as an old-cut diamond accent horseshoe, atop a riding crop. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 3.7cms. Weight 8.7gms.

  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, minor discolouration and small dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Riding crop shows evidence of alteration/repair behind horseshoe.
  • Replacement clasp.
  • Localised scratches to the back, near the clasp.
  • Diamonds bright.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
