An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby three-stone and diamond ring. The graduated oval-shape ruby line, with old-cut diamond double spacers. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Ring size O. Weight 2.8gms.

  • Stamped 18ct.
  • Band polished to a high finish.
  • Shows evidence of resize.
  • Diamonds well matched and bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamonds have varied inclusions.
  • Estimated dimensions of principal ruby 5.5 by 4.4 by 2.5mms.
  • Rubies are a medium deep purplish red hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
  • Rubies in good condition with small nibbles and nicks to the girdle and facet edges.
