In 2002, the MG TF was released, based upon the MG F platform, but heavily redesigned and reengineered, the most significant mechanical changes were the abandonment of Hydragas suspension in favour of conventional coil springs, the new design of the air induction system that along with new camshafts produces more power than in MG F engines, and the torsional stiffness of the body increased by 20%.
Available with either the 115, 135 or 160Ps engine outputs, all Spark SE models feature Gunsmoke and black Alcantara seats and door inserts, an alloy finish/black leather steering wheel, a chrome ashtray and handbrake button, a Momo leather/alloy gear knob, windstop and Sony CDX-2000 CD player with red illumination.
OGX is basically a one owner car, the first being a Dixon Rover of Bradford. Our vendor bought it in May 2005 and it has five stamps in the service and full MOT history confirming its low mileage of 40,298. The MOT runs until May 2023.
