A Rare Chinese Underglaze Blue and Copper-Red Decorated Amphora-Form Vase, Yongzheng Mark - A Chinese porcelain amphora-form vase, decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze iron-red enamels, bearing a six-character Yongzheng reign mark. The vase features a globular body, a waisted neck, and a subtly flared rim, flanked by two arching loop handles. The main body is densely decorated with scrolling blue foliage interspersed with prominent stylized red chrysanthemum or peony blossoms. The neck, rim, and handles are adorned with additional bands of scrolling motifs and a key-fret pattern at the mouth. The base exhibits a band of blue stylized lappets. On the recessed foot, there is a six-character underglaze blue reign mark which translates to 大清雍正年製 (Dà Qīng Yōngzhèng Nián Zhì), meaning "Made in the Great Qing Dynasty, Yongzheng Period."
