Infrastructure, Ashford Railway Works. A selection of approx. 120, black and white medium format negatives PLUS prints of the negatives. Taken before/after the works closed in 1981, photos around the site including Ashford Carriage Works, the coaling stage, turntable, running sheds, redundant rolling stock and workshops. There is some deterioration in the negatives due to silvering, this can be seen in the scans, most/all the negatives are affected. The prints are clean and taken before deterioration.
