An early 20th century 18ct gold pendant vinaigrette. Designed as a hazelnut, opening to reveal a pierced grille, suspended from an oval surmount loop. French assay marks. Length 2.8cms. Weight 4.5gms.

  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Moderate to fairly significant wear to the surmount loops.
  • Small dent to one side near the cap.
  • Some patchy wear to the gilt finish.
  • Some ribbon contained beneath the grille.
  • Width 1.4cms.
  • French marks partially indistinct.
