EDWARDIAN INLAID MAHOGANY LONGCASE CLOCK, the 9 ½” brass dial with silvered chapter ring, matted centre, pierced spandrels and SILENT/CHIME subsidiary dial to the arch, powered by a three weight driven movement, striking on eight rods, and housed in an arch top case with broken pediment, inlaid ribbon tied bell flower swags and pierced sound frets to the hood, set above a long, bevel glazed trunk door with arch top and boxwood outline, flanked by chamfered fore corners and raised on a base with ribbon tied bell flower swagged inlay to the panelled front, 81” (205.7cm) high 
C/R- rubbing to the silvered chapter ring, heavy between 10 and 11, chips to the front of the front right bracket foot, usual minor knocks, dents, rubbing and scratching
