We are delighted to offer these original darkroom prints from the "Casserley Collection". The negative collection was sold at an earlier auction and these prints are from Richard Casserley's extensive collection. Most of the prints are signed on the reverse and are fully captioned including the negative number. They include R.M. Casserley and H.C. Casserley prints. There may be minor duplication. Rare opportunity. Approx. 175, black & white darkroom prints, postcard size. This selection includes War Department locomotives and scenes, from the 1930's to the 1960's. Most are on the Longmoor Military Railway but there are some from the Shoeburyness Garrison Railway, Bicester Military Sidings, Woolwich Arsenal, Chattenden and Upnor Railway and American types laid up at Newbury after WW2. All captioned. No copyright, sample illustrated.
