1929 (Nov 4) Air stamps First Day Cover, registered cover from Calcutta to Germany carried on the first all air service from Karachi to London, bearing the Air set of five cancelled on the day of issue at Park Street, and three differing Air Mail labels, signed and dated on the reverse by G. Grant, the designer of the air stamp, and by Stephen Smith. A fine signed F.D.C. Photo on Page 34.
