Two 18ct gold ruby and diamond dress rings. The first designed as a circular-shape ruby and brilliant-cut diamond cluster, the second designed as a series of three graduated square-shape rubies, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 2002 and Birmingham. Weight 7.5gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamond fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Scattered light and dark inclusions to the diamonds, some visible with the unaided eye
  • Rubies medium pinkish red, weak to moderate saturation of colour, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, many visible with the unaided eye.

  • Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

  • Ring sizes N and Q.
