Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 18ct gentleman's wristwatch, reference no. 6605, serial no. 242xxx, circa 1957, circular silvered dial with gilt applied hour markers, minute markers, roulette date and sweep centre seconds, dauphine hands, fluted bezel, Rolex crown, modern dark brown leather strap with Rolex plated buckle, 35mm (ref: 422)
Box and Papers - no.
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - some light surface marks, some discolouration to some of the dot markers.
Glass - scratches, chip blemish to the outer edge at the four/five positions.
Hands - good.
Case - surface marks and scratches and small indentation marks to the case sides, light surface marks/scuffs to the case back, the serial number 2 and 1 digits have been rubbed and appear to have been re-etched as appear a different font type.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
Strap - modern, good, plated buckle.
