A VERY GOOD QUALITY 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY TALL DAVENPORT DESK / DRAFTSMAN’S DESK, to the top is a raised gallery back having turned column supports, the slope to the front lifts up to reveal 3 drawers (the fourth is faux) each with a small turned pull handle. To the side is a pull out pen & ink drawer that turns to line up against the desk. Beneath is a cabinet panel that opens to reveal a drawer within. Comes with keys to the top & side. Raised on bun turned feet with castors. Condition: very good/excellent condition, the ink/pen drawer hinge is a little loose, and one of the gallery columns needs mending – as seen in photographs.
