1913-20 mint and used collection arranged on Hagner page comprising Double-Headed Eagles 2½pi brown horizontal pair opt in red instead of black with one h/s INVERTED used on piece, 2½pi brown single opt in black used on piece,10pa blue green, opt INVERTED used on piece tied by cds in blue, a scarce stamp with Peter Holcombe Certificate (1988), 1913 printed postcard franked by 2pi blackish blue, 2½pi brown, 10pa blue-green, 20pa rose-carmine and 1pi ultramarine, all tied by Shkoder cds for 31 8 1913,1913 10pi dull red, large part o.g; rare stamp, only 650 issued. AIEP Certificate (2019),1913 10 (pa) on 20pa rose-carmine used and affixed to small piece at top left corner with o.g; dealer's marks on reverse,1913 10pa green large part o.g, 1913 1pi ultramarine (Plate II), large part o.g; scarce issue with 326 thought to have been printed. Sismondo Opinion (2010), 1913 1pi black on crimson, opt on Ottoman Postage Due, used on piece tied, only 345 issued and 1920 2q to 1f mauve top right marginal imperforate set of six without opt, large part o.g; very scarce, offered by the French Commandant and never issued, generally fine condition, a scarce selection.
