An early 20th century 9ct gold citrine brooch. The circular-shape citrine, within an intertwined heart surround, to the stylised bamboo bar. Length 3.6cms. Weight 1.4gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Citrine dark orange, with a good saturation of colour and fair clarity with typical inclusions visible with the unaided eye. Surface reaching fracture stemming nearly the whole of the stone possibly effecting the durability.
  • Stone in good condition, some minor areas of abrasion visible with the facet edges.
  • Probable replacement hinge to pin fitting.
