Provenance: the estate of Sir Richard and Lady Venetia Hardy, formerly of Sherborne Castle and Guilsborough, Northamptonshire. These items have now come for sale from Springfield House, Dorset, where they made their home from 1972 until Venetia’s death in 2021.
