GVF housed in an old case bearing applied plaque engraved with Polish presentation inscription to Sir B Paget GCB, DSO, MC, ADC and dated Palestynoi 19.6.1946. GC, with a Polish identity card named to General Sir Bernard Paget. Note: General Sir Bernard Paget had a distinguished career: GCB 1946, DSO 1918, MC 1915, ADC to the King 1944-46, C in C Middle East 1944-46, he retired in 1946 and concentrated on charitable and educational work. £100-140
