Charles Vousin, an Anglaise Riche cased, 8-day hour repeater carriage clock, the gilt-brass case with wrythen Corinthian columns, fitted with a single piece "Duck-Egg" blue enamelled Roman dial and blued steel moon hands, the movement chiming the hours and half as a passing strike on a coil gong, numbered 5796, accompanied by a double-ended key, 20.5 cm high (handle up). Both trains wind, and the repeater activates the correct chime. The balance does not run after winding and agitation. The bevelled lenses are intact without chips
