A KOREAN CELADON GLAZED BOWL, KORYO DYNASTY (AD 918 - 1392). Glazed all over in quite a thick and finely crackled celadon glaze. There are spur marks within the glaze from firing spacers to the centre of the bowl as well as around the outside of the foot. There is a thick iron firing bubble to the rim edge and in places the rim edge is a little uneven, although the only actual damage is where a small rim chip has been filled. Diameter of 18 cm (7 inches).
