A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Figure of Lu Xing, Early 20th Century - A Chinese Famille Rose porcelain figure of Lu Xing, one of the Three Star Gods, depicting a standing East Asian male figure adorned in elaborate traditional robes and a tiered cap. The figure has a long black beard and holds a green *ruyi* scepter in his right hand. The robes are richly decorated with intricate floral, geometric, and circular medallion patterns in a vibrant overglaze enamel palette, including dominant reds, greens, yellows, blues, and pinks. The unglazed base features a central firing hole and an illegible impressed, square seal mark. Likely early 20th century.

H: Approximately 28cm

More Information
