An Indian Sikh Miniature Painting of a Nobleman, Possibly Sher Singh, 19th Century - A framed South Asian miniature painting, executed in watercolor on paper, depicting a bearded male figure. The figure, possibly a noble or warrior, is seated in profile and adorned with a green and gold jeweled turban, a yellow patterned robe, and an orange lower garment. He holds a black round object, possibly a shield or drum, embellished with five star-like motifs.



With frame: Approximately 27 x 22cm
