A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond and topaz ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the old-cut diamond line, with rectangular-shape blue topaz and old and single-cut diamond line sides. Estimated total diamond weight 1.35cts. Ring size P. Weight 11.4gms.

  • Overall condition good. Scratches/wear and small dents in keeping with general wear.
  • Possible replacement half band.
  • Some probable gem replacements.
  • Wear visible to some mounts.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Topazes are a well matched, greenish blue hue. Moderate window effect.
  • Topazes in good condition with minor nibbles.

  • Width (at widest) 1.5cms.
