A late Victorian 9ct gold Albert chain, circa 1880. Designed as a series of graduated alternating tubular and rectangular-shape links, with central T-bar and lobster clasp terminal. Length 35cms. Weight 35.4gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Some areas of discolouration and dents are visible to the links.
  • Some dents and damage are visible to the jump ring attaching the T-bar/possible replacement.
  • Two faceted jump rings appear to be replacements that are attached to the padlock clasp.
  • Lobster clasp stamped 9c.
