1926 (Jan 22) Karachi to Risalpur first flight by F/Lt E.H Spence of the R.A.F, cover bearing two KGV ½a stamps pen cancelled and tied by oval cachets of "27 SQUADRON / ROYAL AIR FORCE" or "AIRCRAFT DEPOT R.A.F", endorsed "Karachi-Risalpur By Air, 22.1.26, EHS". Carried on the longest non-stop flight (720 miles) to have taken place in India up to this date. Scarce, 40 covers flown. Photo on Page 26.
