Condition - NVF

Pte George McKay from Midlothian enlisted in 1899, and served until January 1911. Serving as part of the Mounted Infantry during the Boer war.

Papers confirm also entitled to the Kings South Africa medal.

With copied Service Papers and Medal rolls, all reflecting his regimental number as shown on the medal.

Wounded on the 7th May 1901 at Lilliefontein.
