Japanese Wakizashi with wooden scabbard, light marks to blade otherwise extremely fine with visible hamon line, brass Habaki, wooden handle held by single wooden peg, no marking to tang, writing on scabbard, comes with Japanese licence and Nihon Bijutsu certificate, rough translation - This Document certifies that this sword has undergone examination by the Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai (The Society for the Presevation of Japanese Art Sword) and is classified as a Specially important Sword. Dated: October 3, Showa 45 (1970) Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozen Kyokai. viewing is highly recommended. BUYER MUST COLLECT (B)
