A yellow and white metal synthetic sapphire and diamond cluster ring, set to the centre with a large oval synthetic sapphire with an approximate weight of 5.50 carats set in a rubover setting with millegrain edging, surrounded by a pierced border, further set with ten round brilliant cut diamonds with a total approximate weight of 0.80 carats in grain settings surrounded by openwork millegrain details, with an ornate gallery, chenier detail to raised shoulders, leading to an elegant slim shank, fitted with removable ring size adjuster, approximate size L, head of ring measures 26 x 20 mm.
