BREITLING - a gentleman's Navitimer chronograph wrist watch. Stainless steel case with inner slide rule bezel. Reference 806, serial 1065834. Signed manual wind Venus calibre 178. Black dial with luminous baton hour markers, Arabic numeral twelve, subsidiary silvered recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to a signed black leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 40mm. Box.

  • Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but the hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. The luminous material of the hour markers has discoloured.
  • Hands show marks and discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has scratches and marks.
  • Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Rotating bezel rotates.
  • Crown has light scratches and marking.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot comes with a box but no papers. The outer box has faded and shows damage. The inner box good.
