India General Service, clasp Burma 1885-7, 1021 Pte P. Hyland 2nd Bn L.Pool. R. (engraved naming in the correct style)
Condition - NVF

With typed notes which state:
The medal and clasp are correct on WO100/69.
Patrick Hyland the Son of Owen Hyland  was from St Joseph's Liverpool, where he was born in 1864. Attested for the Army in Liverpool on the 30th December 1884.. Having previously served as a volunteer with the 2nd Lancashire Artillery.
Served India 15.02.86 to 01.10.86. Burma 02.10.86 to 03.04.87, then India 04.04.87 to 13.11.92.
Discharged 29 December 1896, but later serving in the Militia, in the 4th Liverpool regiment.. He was employed at the Albert Docks as a labourer.. 
Papers are accessible at the National Archives.
