AN 18TH CENTURY OAK WELSH DRESSER – this is a wonderful example of this piece of furniture, to the back is a raised gallery back with two open shelves to the centre for holding plates or cups etc., flanked by a pair of tall cabinets, each with an open shelf to the top and bottom and a single door cabinet to the centre; with brass hinges & key escutcheon, which opens to reveal shelved interior. To the base is a bank of three deep drawers, each with brass swing handles and key escutcheons. All raised on turned legs united by stretchers. Condition: excellent, a well looked after piece. Dimensions: 182 x 212 x 51cm. (W x H at back x D).
