An 18ct gold Burmese sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape pink sapphire, weighing 4.32cts, with brilliant-cut diamond surround. With report 5777-7709, dated 14th November 2016, from GCS, stating Burma, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 1.50cts. Hallmarks for London, 1979. Ring size N1/2. Weight 5.1gms.
