A LATE 19TH MEISSEN PORCELAIN CANDELABRA. The stem moulded as a mother and child, floral encrusted branches with four nozzles removed the top creates a single candlestick of the base, blue underglaze cross strand mark. Over all 47cm high.
Condition report: leaves broken & missing around collar of top sconce. Leaves broken & missing around collar of one of the three branch sconces. Various small leaves & petals chipped with losses on the three branches. Stem, manufacturing blemish on Cupid’s tummy, firing crack (small) in base, some gilt wear.
