A late Victorian 18ct gold agate cameo locket. The oval onyx, carved to depict a lady in profile, suspended from a tapered surmount. Length 8cms. Weight 67.2gms.

  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Opening to reveal two glazed panels.
  • Cameo in good condition. Appears to be a small chip to the end of one of the curls of hair at the top of the head.

  • Width 4.7cms.
  • Metal testing between 18 and 20ct gold.
