VINTAGE RAVE MAGAZINES, NEAR FULL RUN OF 72 ISSUES, 1964-71. Rave Magazines, 72 issues of the UK's iconic pop magazine published by George Newnes Ltd during the 1960s. The collection contains issues dating from 1964-1971, with cover features by The Beatles, Mick Jagger, Twiggy, Cilla Black, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, John Voight, Marianne Faithfull, and Steve Ellis, among others. Most notably, the collection includes Issue No. 1 from 1964, featuring the Beatles and 007.
Issues are mostly very good to near fine condition and most are contained in individual acetate wrappers. Several issues have very light water damage. Some issues have staple rust. A few issues with detatched covers. Overall, this is an excellent collection.
