An early 20th Century Waltham silver open faced pocket watch, white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals with seconds subsidiary dial, makers name to face, case with machined decoration to rear with blank cartouche, crown wind movement with makers marks numbered 18186833, case marked Sterling, case diameter 58mm, total weight 120g.

Movement in working order at time of testing. Machined design to case heavily worn. Overall markings and wear to case with marks to edge of case rear cover. Rear cover case has a very tight fit.
