Railway. Infrastructure. A fine collection of approx. 95, black and white prints, in various sizes, most are 8.5" x 6". The vast majority of the photographs are British Railways "Officials" with the stamp, date, and location on the reverse. The prints feature a variety of bridges including road, track, swing and railway over bridges, many have the bridge number on the reverse and the line. The prints were assembled for a book and there are several pages of notes accompanying the photos. Most of the bridges are located on the East Coast Main Line between York and Berwick.
