M.' to lid, the interior with blue leather lining stamped 'LEUCHARS & SON 38 & 39 PICCADILLY, LONDON.', with document wallet, 19cm high, 41.5cm wide, 35cm deep, the second retailed by J. C. Vickery, stamped 'SIR HUGH SMILEY, BART.' to lid and 'J. C. VICKERY 179, 181 & 183 REGENT ST. W.
