A Doulton Faience vase, decorated blackberries and blossom, 31.5 cm high
Underglaze chip to rim. Slightly smaller than the size of my small finger nail. General crazing as usual. Three rim chips on the base, two visible. Impressed marks and dated 1883. Also MCM (?) 493 in script.
