A mid 19th century gold hardstone cameo and seed pearl pendant. The hardstone cameo, carved to depict a woman in profile, with seed and split pearl and black enamel scrolling surround and surmount. May be worn as a brooch. French assay marks. Length 6.4cms. Weight 22.3gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • May be worn as a brooch or pendant.
  • Hardstone cameo in good condition, with minor abrasions and some scratch marks to the reverse.
  • Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
  • Seed pearls in generally good condition, with some slight nacre damage.
  • Seed pearls are drilled.
