Donkey - ear snapped and leg broken both re-glued
Beggar - hand snapped and reglued, thumb missing, base repainted
SHepherd - Sheep repainted and base also. Chip to hat
Man with jug - base repainted
Joseph - base repainted and head, hands etc
Mary - repainted
Jesus - legs to manger snapped (reduced in height) some re-painting
Three Kings - Kneeling figure re-painted. Others also repainted
Sheep - one with snapped leg (absent), the other with outstretched leg. One ear snapped and re-glued
