With correspondence from Jack Barclay Limited, of Berkeley Square dated September 1960, London, stating in 1950 the company carried out work on the starter motor and mentioning the owner as a Mr Everard Haynes in 1950
Further correspondence from Jack Barclay Limited dated October 1960, whereby the letter notes the car was purchased in 1939 by a Colonel Haynes
Letter from H.J. Mulliner & Co. Ltd dated January 1961, stating most of their records were destroyed during the war
Letter from James Lilley, stating the car was purchased in 1930 by his father for his mother, and his mother drove it frequently, before it was exchanged for a new Rolls-Royce through Jack Barclay
