Southern Rhodesia SG 3 1½d plate proof block, with perf variet
1924-9 1½d bistre-brown plate proof block of six (3 x 2), the right pair perforated vertically, otherwise imperforate.  Gummed, with ten rather rough punch holes, of which only four are fully punched through.  Archival tape neatly reinforces the perforations.  Unusual. Â
