Including five Elizabeth I legal documents Including an Elizabethan Final Concord or Legal document, ink MS on vellum, and four other Elizabeth I legal documents; Other deeds, conveyance and indentures include 1666, 1673, 1698, 1754, 1792, 1808, 1848 &c. &c.; Building plans for Eshott Heugh; A good collection of MS letters and a.l.s, one titled Some notes in the Eshott deeds, dating from 1752, detailing about said deeds, but also the history of Felton, and the Carr family. Joseph Jackson Howard and Frederick Arthur Crisp (editors). 'Visitation of England and Wales,' signed by Crisp, limited edition being no.65, ex libris label Thomas William Carr, vellum backed boards, marginalia and articles slipped in 'Carr family' chapter, vg, Privatley Printed, 1899. Provenance Michael Webb, former Director of Bonhams, by inheritance.
