An early 20th century gold ruby and diamond dress ring. The graduated diamond line, with ruby marquise-shape surround and accent shoulders, to the later replacement band. Ring size L1/2. Weight 3gms.

  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Ruby fairly well matched with a pinkish-red, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Diamonds well matched.

  • Diamonds bright.

  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Replacement band stamped 18ct.
