A late Victorian 18ct gold enamel, diamond and split pearl brooch. Of oval outline, the rose-cut diamond floral spray, inset to the blue enamel dome, with blue enamel and split pearl trefoil highlight surround. French assay marks. Length 5cms. Weight 18.3gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Brooch has been adapted, possible replacement diamonds, split pearls, and has been re-enammelled.
  • Few small nicks to the side of the surround.
  • Diamonds fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

  • Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate carat weight, colour and clarity assessment.

  • Split pearls are in good condition.

  • Enamel is in good condition.
