Belgium: plastic case containing five commemorative medals – 1850 Liege Civil and Military Security HQ bronze medal plus others for later events in 1911, 1936, 1947 and one undated for other later events. In addition, ten packs of photographs of Liege and environs, maps of area and Belgium with souvenir guides to 1896 Fetes du XII centenaire, trade card, local bottle opener with history and Alfred Ista book on Old Liege with forty illustrations, 1980

From the collection of Tom Pring, a highly respected member of the Belgian Study Circle and the author of two works on Belgian issues, ‘Fine Barbe Varieties’ (2009) and ‘1893 Armoires du Royaume’ (2015). Pring was half-way through a work on the Ostend-Dover Route, which he was sadly unable to complete.
